EU or European Area Citizens

EU or EEA citizens can move freely between different European states. However, their family members (especially those who may not hold any EU citizenship) may need help to ensure they have the right to reside and work or study in the UK. There are restrictions on employment for some of the newer states to join the EU (known as the A8 and A2 or the Accession States) and they and their families may need help establishing their right to live and work in the UK.

Turkish citizens also have some special rights to come to the UK to set up business.
