• COMPREHENSIVE HIP - £399.00 plus VAT to include ***

  • All of the items included within a Standard HIP – and….
  • A completed property information form
  • A comprehensive legal summary
  • A completed fixtures and fittings form
  • Relevant guarantees
  • Any planning permissions that the seller holds

*** In our view, the more comprehensive a HIP, the faster the conveyance.

NB The above options relate to freehold properties only. Prices for a HIP which relates to a leasehold property are available on request and will, inevitably be higher as we will need to pass on the cost of acquiring an official copy of the lease and those charges levelled by management companies.
