Andrew BarronI joined Glazer Delmar as a Senior Housing Lawyer in June 2006, following five years of working in property litigation with two City of London firms - Devonshires and Olswangs. My role at Glazer Delmar is to work with major Registered Social Landlords, proving legal representation where required and general support advice on tenancy management issues. During my sixteen years of practising litigation I have covered the whole ambit of housing management litigation, and have extensive experience of providing professional tailor-made training courses. One of the reasons I moved to Glazer Delmar is because of my commitment to the social housing sector - I personally recognise the overwhelming necessity for the provision of secure and affordable housing accommodation to those who need it and the requirement to regulate that market, via the courts as a last resort if necessary. |
