Andrew Barron - Partner & Head of Department
Andrew was admitted as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in May 1998 and joined Glazer Delmar in June 2006.
He specialises in housing law and has acted for both landlords ( ranging from large RSLs to small co-operatives) and tenants. He has wide-ranging experience in general property litigation matters and before joining Glazer Delmar, worked with two large city firms dealing with a full range of housing and commercial property litigation.
He assumed the role of Head of Department in October 2007. He became a partner in July 2010.

Tara Cornish - Partner & Deputy Head of Department
Tara trained at a large provincial firm and qualified as a solicitor in August 2006. She has acted for both landlords and tenants.
She has undertaken a wide range of housing cases including possession based on rent arrears, breach of tenancy, trespasser proceedings and anti-social behaviour. She also has experience dealing with homelessness reviews and appeals, ASB injunctions and housing disrepair cases.
Tara joined Glazer Delmar in August 2008 and became Deputy Head of Department in November 2010.
Mark Martynski - Senior Solicitor
Mark qualified in 1987 and joined Glazer Delmar in 1991, specialising in housing law. Very experienced, he has an outstanding reputation in his specialist field of housing co-operatives. Mark represented Alamo Housing Co-operative Limited in the recent landmark Court of Appeal decision in Alamo Housing Co-op v Meredith.
Mark is a previous Chairman of Penrose Housing, an award-winning association serving ex-offenders and the mentally disordered.
Victoria Knight - Senior Housing Lawyer
Victoria was admitted as a fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 2004.
She has worked,in house, for a large RSL and has wide experience of housing management litigation, including possession claims based on Anti Social Behaviour, subletting, unlawful occupiers, ASB injunctions and disrepair.
Victoria joined Glazer Delmar in March 2009.
Joy Lewis - Senior Solicitor
Joy was admitted as a solicitor in August 1995 and has over 10 years experience in the area of Housing Management Litigation. She has extensive experience in dealing with various types of possession proceedings, squatter’s proceedings ,anti-social behaviour injunctions, access injunction, and housing disrepair.
'Seye Olaniyan - Solicitor
'Seye has worked in the field of social housing law since 1998 - initially as a caseworker and post qualification as a solicitor since november 2001.He has dealt with a full range of social housing matters including possession claims for rent arrears, anti-social behaviour, homelessness appeals and housing disrepair matters.
He joined Glazer Delmar in June 2006.
Tsiu-Fun Wong - Solicitor
Fun qualified as a solicitor in August 2006 and has over 5 years experience working in the social housing law area.
She has represented tenants on a wide range of housing issues ranging from possession proceedings based on rent arrears, anti social behaviour, only and principle home to homelessness appeals and disrepair.
She joined Glazer Delmar in December 2006.
Noreen Aslam - Solicitor
Noreen read law at Brunel University. Whilst completing her legal practice course, she worked in a small high street practice which specialised in Family and Property Law. Noreen joined Glazer Delmar in September 2006 as a paralegal in the property department. She then went on to complete her training contract, having completed a seat in Social Housing.
Noreen qualified as a solicitor in September 2009.
Kate Allen - Solicitor
Kate qualified as a solicitor in October 2009 having trained at a high street firm in Bromley, Kent.
She undertook a one year seat in the Social Housing Litigation Department, representing a range of social landlords.
She gained experience of possession proceedings, anti social behaviour ( focusing particularly on gang related ASB), injunctions and homelessness, along with general tenancy management advice.
She joined Glazer Delmar in June 2010.
Hayley Marshall - Trainee Solicitor
Hayley graduated from the University of Kent at Canterbury in 2004, where she obtained her law degree.
In 2005, she attended King’s College University in London, further gaining her Masters.
Hayley initially acquired practical legal experience working for a small private law firm, focussing primarily on immigration law.
She joined Glazer Delmar Solicitors in June 2008 where she provides support for the social housing department whilst continuing with her studies.
