No Win - No Fee

Although Legal Aid is not available for injury cases, we can help you, even if you do not have the money to meet legal costs. We work on a No Win – No Fee basis – properly called Conditional Fee Aggreements – so you do not have to pay any money as the case proceeds.

If you win your case (and most cases are successful), your opponent will usually pay most of your legal costs. Very few cases go to a court hearing and fail. If we have to start court proceedings, we make sure that you are protected by insurance to cover your opponent's legal costs.
