Caroline Sherry - Partner
Caroline graduated with a BSc Hons in Geography in 1984, and started work at Camden Council in the legal department. She worked in the conveyancing and the litigation sections, while studying at evening classes for the Common Professional Examination.
She left Camden in 1988 to study full time for the Solicitors' Finals Exam. Caroline did her articles at TV Edwards in Whitechapel, where she spent over a year in the conveyancing department. Then on qualifying in 1991, moved to Edward Fail Bradshaw and Waterson where she specialised in residential and commercial conveyancing, including acting for Docklands Light Railway.
Caroline moved to Glazer Delmar in January 1995, specialising in residential conveyancing. She was made a partner in December 1997

Suzanne Day - Solicitor
Suzanne qualified as a solicitor in 1994 having completed her training contract with a small city firm. In 1995, Suzanne joined Druces & Attlee where she worked for almost 12 years.
Suzanne has a broad range of commercial property experience including sales and acquisitions of commercial premises, commercial leasing and lease renewals and property finance and funding.
She also has extensive experience of residential conveyancing and residential landlord and tenant work including leasehold enfranchisement.
Suzanne joined Glazer Delmar in March 2007.
Nick Aveling - Solicitor
Nick qraduated in New Zealand in 1997 with a BA in History and an LLB. After working for three years in New Zealand he came to the United Kingdom in 2001, qualifying as a solicitor in 2003.
Nick has worked with Westminster Council in the Planning and Property Department, with Trowers and Hamlins acting for various Registered Social Landlords in their Exeter office and latterly with Anthony Gold Solicitors in London covering a wide range of property, enfranchisement and probate work.
Nick has a broad range of experience in residential conveyancing and commercial property work, leasehold enfranchisement, and probate work.

Renske Hoekstra - Trainee
Renske graduated cum laude from the University of Utrecht with a BA degree in Humanities and Social Science in 2002. She was awarded a MA in Gender Studies with distinction from the University in York in 2004. Renske undertook an internship with the United Nations International Research and Training Institute for the Advancement of Women in the Dominican Republic before embarking on a career in law. She completed her GDL and LPC at the College of Law in London in 2009, obtaining a commendation and distinction respectively. Renske joined Glazer Delmar in September 2009.

Ingrid Starcic - Paralegal
Ingrid is Swedish and she moved to the UK at the age of 18. Since coming to the UK she did a variety of courses ranging from English, Drama to IT. Since 2005, she worked mainly in Telecommunications industry in Customer Service and became a Service Improvement Manager in 2007. Since 2009 Ingrid has been studying LLB Law at Birkbeck. Ingrid joined Glazer Delmar as a Paralegal in 2011 which will be an excellent path for her to embark on her legal career. Ingrid is very passionate about foreign languages and can speak four languages, of which three she speaks fluently. In her spare time she likes to exercise at the gym, learn foreign languages and socialise with friends.
