Glazer Delmar announces the appointment of Gerard O'Toole to expand its Social Housing Department

London - Glazer Delmar, the well-established South London solicitors has appointed Gerard O'Toole, formerly a salaried partner and Head of Housing at Marsons Solicitors in Bromley, Kent to spearhead the expansion of its housing division.
